ADMISSION POLICY:

Nadia Isabel Studio reserves the right of admission at all times.

RETURN POLICY:

To return your product, you must first email us at nadiaisabelstudio@gmail.com and we will guide you from there.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that things can happen before your appointment, but understand that when you forget to reschedule your appointment without a reason, we lose the opportunity to fill that slot. That said, if you contact us more than 24 hours in advance your appointment can be rescheduled. Nadia Isabel Studio also reserves the right to charge for late arrivals in the event that we have to reschedule your appointment and are unable to provide you with the professional quality service you deserve. (if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be automatically cancelled) by scheduling your appointment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these conditions. All deposits and payments are non-refundable for any reason.
